Don and Michelle Vipperman opened the doors and established Western Wings in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley in 2000. We are veteran owned and from our state of the art training facility we provide gun dog training, obedience training, and also boarding. Monthly training and one-on-one training programs are offered, based on your availability. We are conveniently located off Highway 93 just south of Stevensville, Montana (south of Missoula).

Western Wings is a small kennel. We limit the number of dogs we work with to provide quality training and increased attention to each dog. We have access to hundreds of acres for training to expose the dog to diverse terrain including land and water.
